The engine weighs over 1200 lbs and will produce too much torque for your frame. You will have to strengthen the frame and replace the drivelines because a Toyota tcase and axles will NOT handle the torque. Only thing is that the way it originally fit in the breadvans (by far it's most popular application) is 10 degrees rotated clockwise if look at it's ass, or 10 degrees counter clockwise if looking from the front.
