The lesion was successfully treated surgically with curettage, bone grafting, and external skeletal fixation. The patient is asymptomatic 3.5 years after surgery with some recovery of the trabecular pattern of the lunate. WebAbstract Purpose: Intraosseous ganglion cyst (IGC) is a rare disease, particularly in lunate. The objective of this study was to summarize current knowledge on the treatment of IGC of the lunate, through a literature review, to provide a therapeutic strategy for this rare disease.
