WebTo stop the stream, I'd use pumps - it'll be messy but doable. Make sure you've channelled out some of the brook tiles (if applicable), as far away from your fort as possible and upriver from your problem. Build pumps on the surface to cover the stream and each suck water out of a square of the stream and try to dump it back upstream.
