Webfind enhanced camera on left side (should be 1/3 of the way down ish) and untick. if you still have head-bob its vanilla. if you dont its definatly something in the INI file. This can also be caused by mods like Combat Gameplay Overhaul. To disable it, turn "Camera Noise" to zero and it turns off the camera swaying.
