WebI found another fix which seems to work better for me. It also allows FreeSync to be enabled. In Radeon Software, go to "Settings" -> "Monitor" and enable Custom Resolution. Create a resolution with 141Hz refresh rate (leave other boxs untouched). Go to Windows settings and enable this refresh rate.
