Toughest- Hard to say, but I think out of all the bosses the one who I had the mot difficulty with were either Cyra Rhodes or Grandmaster Yuudai. They kicked my ass quite a bit, especially that last phase on Rhodes. I laughed a bit fighting the shellshocked veteran.
